To become an Accredited transport provider we ask our users to present one of the following pieces of documentation to further verify themselves.
- Copy of Goods in Transit Insurance certificate
- Company Registration certificate (if applicable)
- UK VAT registration certificate (if applicable)
- Photocopy of Passport
- Drivers licence details

Didn't turn up and messaged me almost 2 hours later to let me know this was because his van had broken down. Seems a nice enough guy just wasn't reliable or organised in this case. PetrosWC The customer is right and it is my fault entirely though unintended I wa surprised to receive a negative comment as I did clearly explain my problems on the day and offered to do the removal for free but was declined. Thanks for your comment. |

Had to cancel job as was 2 and a half hours late PetrosWC Hi, Due to a problem with the prior delivery I was held up in central london by my client and I did keep you notified throughout throughout my journey, I did offer you a rescheduling time, I am sorry that you were disappointed. |
