The courier collected my item and delivered it perfectly, on time and undamaged. However due to a confusion with the paypal fee's I ended up paying £7 more than I should to the driver. According to Paypal he should have been aware of this and made it clear before a transfer of funds was underrtaken. I offered to meet the driver halfway and pay half but he insisted on full payment. Anyvan was contacted and although I was assured by Eve that the driver and I would be contacted with a resolution this sadly was not forthcoming. Panvan I went out of my way to pay for your item, a total of £200 cash on collection, of which you transferred to me over PayPal as a business transfer, this ment I only received £193. I should not have to lose money due to me paying for your item on collection. I apologise if you feel at a loss however it is not down to me to help you pay for an items you purchase. |
