An experienced transport manager, I have been used to managing 60-70 drivers for past companies that I have worked for.
In 27 years of driving all kinds of vehicles from 60ton tanks, trains and road vehicles, I have never been involved in an accident.
As my customer you will be greeted by a friendly, efficient and considerate service, both to yourself and the recipient of your goods. We all have to go to work, so we might as well do so with a smile!

He cancelled after we had already paid our deposit, leaving us in the lurch only hours before our house move. Only an email , not even a phone call ! Niceman? Couldn't have been worse! Niceman Whilst the cancellation was very unfortunate I feel that Glenys's comments were quite vindictive and might have mentioned that I had to cease trading due to unforseen circumstances. I had sent out around 60 emails related to this and follow up phone calls became impractical. I also believe that Glenys had several days to re-arrange and not just a few hours as she has has claimed. I can guarantee that I was more frustrated than Glenys but I hope that her move was eventually completed on time. |
