Appalling service. They damaged my fridge leaving a huge dent and scratches as well as the fact all my items were dirty after being in their filthy van. When I took this up with them they claimed the fridge was already like that and were not liable for the damage to the fridge. The fridge is just over a year old and was in pristine condition before they moved it. I’m disgusted with the way they have dealt with this. To make it worse they fit the fridge between a wall and a unit in my kitchen to hide the damage so that I didn’t notice until after they had left and taken my money. Absolutely disgusting service. DO NOT USE!!! |

Excellent service. More than half the price of the quote from other local removal companies but the quality of service is top mark. A lady and two young guys arrive on time with a big size van. The lady coordinated the whole process, moved some light items and made sure the furniture are not scratched while moving. The 2 guys had the muscles and worked non-stop. They knew how to move the big bed/furniture through staircase. I have a few glass top side tables and bubble-wrapped them before they came. They wrapped them in addition with blanket and fastened them with grip belts. They take time to position all stuff in the van so minimum movement while transportation. The lady is very patient to answer all my queries before I paid deposit. She contacted me straightaway after booking and phoned 1 hour before arrival. In summary they are polite, hard-working, diligent, attentive, experienced on removal. Strongly recommended.
