Lovely Friendly guy but a bit disorganised and very little communication. Seller never received a call to say when he would be collecting the sofas it was only me & Anyvan who made all the phone calls to try and confirm that he would turn up as arranged. Hope this is helpful & constructive as communication is sooo important. |

was late, only 1 man with van but said there would be two. I had to do the lifting with him. Had other stuff in the van that needed to be left in my front garden. He did pick it up and remove it. Not sure if he was properly insured. Ndexade1 Customer was advised to wait for another man to turn up but refused. Items mentioned exceeded quantity. Went back to pick up mattress but someone stole it. Unfair comment considering hard work of flight of stairs and the discounted price and time involved . It's not fair. |
