ABSOLUTLY HOPELESS: submitted a bid which I accepted, but never got in touch, never answered my numerous phone calls and text messages, left the me and the seller hanging for two days and I ended up having to pay her eBay insertion fee of £27.99 plus £8.2 on accepting his bid. Totally irresponsible. Mungrel (15) replied: Listing did not say that 2 people were needed in future when you list a item describe it properly and state how many men are needed plus 02 network was down so only got my messages late on today have dealt with people like you before want everything for nothing it would have cost me £50 to take another person with me |

Picked up a table without the legs. Promised to go back the next week to get the legs but never did. Did not return phone calls or answer to text messages, I now have to pay extra to get the legs. New courier on AnyVan but with plenty of experience, Mungrel was the most careful of courier delivery men I have selected so far. He took all the time necessary to ensure that the fragile item was well taken care of during on-loading and off-loading. He was also a lot cheaper than other couriers as he seems to be sharing his load in his van between severals jobs more efficiently than others. Highly recommended. |
