After initial confirmation from this company that they would transport my sofas from London to Newcastle there was no further communication from them.
I emailed them twice, telephoned them directly twice leaving voice messages, consulted with Anyvan.com who also tried to contact them on my behalf to finalise details but no response was forthcoming. If they found they were no longer able to do the job then a phone call/email informing me of this would have sufficed and have been really appreciated, not to mention giving me more time to rearrange.
I was left in a position where I did not know if the job was going to take place so had to cancel and rearrange it at very short notice with the help of Anyvan staff who where most helpful and happy to oblige.
I was fortunate to find another company at short notice who could undertake my job who have contacted me directly and are keeping me informed.

hello ok as you can see from are feed back we mainly have happy customers as with your request yes we did arrange to collect your sofas but at a set date we heard nothing from your selfs so had to send the van north as we are based in the south we were chargeing you a very small sum for the 200 plus mile jounery which you cant seem to understand i dont understand how you could not get hold of us all are other customers do when things go wrong well ok thats a fault but when customers think they should change dates and not respond to emails well thats not are fault take care claire
