The transport was the only positive element relating to our terrible ebay purchase. The people we purchased the kitchen from omitted to state that it was in a 3rd floor flat and there would be a delay whilst they had to cut the granite so that they could get it out of the flat. Consequently it took the driver a lot longer than it should of it, but he was still very helpful and polite. |

Movingjb Avoid these people there shocking and complete liars they beg you to do quicker then agreed which I sorted from my own pocket with a different courier then he promised me great feed bag then wrote this mess.i don't think he is that bad but she's the boss so agree with her. |

Was originally agreed to pick up on Saturday between 10-1 as pickup place would not be open over bank holiday. I got a text around half ten asking me to do pay through a bank transfer before it got to me that day, by 4pm that day I had heard nothing despite the distance between drops being around 30 miles, so I text the number and got a message saying can I do it Tuesday as I have been stuck for 3 hours in traffic, it turns out the item still hadn't been picked up even though three hours would taken it to 1pm so still would have been unable to pick up. So was offered it at a discount price for Tuesday, When Tuesday came was delivered with decent communication but charged full price. although a nice enough guy, communication on the Saturday was dreadful, was left very disappointed and quite angry Tuesday when my wife was charged full price, my advise if you want it over weekend do not use, weekdays fine. |
