Sean did not contact us after we accepted his quote. When we spoke to him he could not commit to a date, he kept saying he would call back and then didn't. On the third week we rang him and he said he would collect it the following week. The following week he said he meant the next week on his way back from Aberdeen on the Wednesday or Thursday. The last we heard from him was on Friday when he was in Aberdeen and said he would call us on Saturday. We have not been able to contact him since and have now cancelled the job over 5 weeks from accepting his quote. |

Accepted quote and booked job... Then nothing! Didn't answer either phone for me or Anyvan, my first and last experience using Anyvan... They also didn't ring me back when they said they would, I'm sure lots of Customers have used Anyvan successfully, well my addidge is you get one chance to make a good first impression and you failed me miserably, thank you for eventually refunding my deposit, I've now booked a van and fetched the goods myself...
