I was treated with courtesy throughout, and the collection and delivery were successfully accomplished. There was a little confusion in that the collection and delivery addresses got reversed, but everything happened on time and with good humour. Many thanks! |

No communication. Item never delivered. Mover11 (76) replied: We kept on contact with him all day. We had to pay for the item which we were not told we would have to do. He then would not answer his phone, so we paid. When we got to his address at the arranged time he would not answer his door, we called and text with no replys. We waited for 4 hours still trying to text and call. Offered to deliver the following day with no response. By the time he had responded we had no option than to go to the recycling centre as not enough room in van. Dreadful communication from him and really cost us. |
