Do not use this driver. Miskay (64) replied: Appologies for your bad experience with us that time around. I could not do any more work due to external circumstances that affected me badly and i am sorry that had a repercussion on my customers. Your refund should have been processed by the site automatically as i would have released it. Once again sincere apologies!!! |

Under no circumstances should you use this courier. He is rude, does not turn up despite my extensive communication. Does not read email to update himself. And kept my seller and me waiting ALL Sunday without a call to update on arrival. |

I would definitely recommend Miskay, he was very helpful and even had his friend helping out with some large pieces of furniture. |

I was promised that the pick up would be around 10am and then items to be delivered back to me asap ... I was contacted & told there had been a delay & I was then assured that it would be between 1-2pm .. The pick up didn't take place until after 4pm and the goods delivered to me around 6.30pm ... It has been a stressful experience with very little communication to keep me informed ... I would have given a negative feedback but the gentleman was polite in person & carried the items i for me without causing any damage ... Miskay (64) replied: The neutral was a fair feedback. We had a really stressful removal job as we could not empty the van on time - the customer had to travel by train which meant we had to wait for them. Apologies for the inconvenience and I am glad it all turned out well. |
