The van failed to appear at the collection address. Telephone calls were unanswered and messages were also unanswered. Three hours after the arranged time I started to call taxi firms with mini buses to collect and deliver the furniture, which they did within 15 minutes. |

Driver never turned up - Had to be rebooked with another driver. Couldn't get through on phone after calling 10 times. Nice guys but Poor service. Midvan1 (7) replied: vehicle had to be recovered from a job the night before and the customer was informed at 09:00 am that i would be able to make pick up at agreed time but the garage thought i would be mobile again by 1 pm but this was not the case and the found another driver to do the job |
