Dear customers, We are a small two man business both very flexible and 200% reliable! We do and will go that extra mile for complete customer satisfaction, although we are new to this site we have got a very high customer database moving very high end cars to bottom end cars! It does not matter if your car costs £20 up to £200,000 all cars get treated the same whilst in our care! We are fully insured fully comprehensive from the point of loading during transit to unloading, and while parked on over night breaks. Our goods in transit insurance covers us up to £150,000 per loaded car and can be extended as and when needed. With regards to work and distance we will travel all over the Uk and Europe to transport your car.

Mark Lowe, who runs "Mcartran", is a thief. He was asked to receive cash on my behalf from a deal that did not go through due to a VIN number problem, with the assurance and word from him that he would use part of it for a future vehicle transport, and would send the rest to me here in the US. He decided to keep all of the money. He is a liar, and a cheat. Use him at your own risk. I have been exporting vehicles from the UK to the US for 20 years. This one was an eye opener, in a trade that relies on good faith and trust. Hopefully, there is such a thing as karma, and he is experiencing it now. Beware. |

Communication good up to the point that I placed the order then.....Silence. Didn't answer the phone or respond to answerphone messages or emails. I eventually got fed up, cancelled the order and used somebody else. He cited an illness for his inability to make a phone call or send an email! |

Unable to fulfill job request and only advised of this on the day scheduled. No excuses. Mcartran (123) replied: I've had every penny stolen from my bank account, I gave this guy the overt unity to pay up front so I can complete job he said no. I'm also un well he then said ok and put phone down next minute he left this rediculous feedback, and I will be appealing it through anyvan |

Let down after all the promises and accepting all conditions , Not happy at all Mcartran (123) replied: This job was accepted on the 26-03-2014. I had advised him due to have other booked work I would try and do this job at the end of my day he said ok cool, I then spent 4.5 hours on the M25 stuck in a bad situation which was on the news incidentally and then rang customer again to advise the time was then 16:00 and the company after being told by the customer does not accept any collections after 17:00! At this point job was then rearranged to be done on Monday, lunchtime when they are open as due to me having to have a MOT done tomorrow I am off the road which was previously explained on many times after this customer kept asking me to change my MOT date or to not attend. After job was rearranged I then receive a text saying. So it's a no mate for this job. As I had everything rearranged he then stoops to this, as it was this job was booked for FLEXIBLE PICKUP and FLEXIBLE DROP OFF and job was accepted yesterday without any information or instruction to say this job was urgent! If you was not happy with the job being in my care just 24 hours I think you ought to say no, when YOU agreed Monday was ok! Maybe you should have made it clearer instead! |
