Here we are 4 years with ANYVAN. Completed over 300 jobs with success rate over 95% which we are very proud of. The remaining 5% is still an area for improvement but as we all know, nobody is perfect.
Our company covers whole mainland UK as well as Continental Europe.

- Copy of Goods in Transit Insurance certificate
- Company Registration certificate (if applicable)
- UK VAT registration certificate (if applicable)
- Photocopy of Passport

Great job. Mirror arrived safe and well. Removed from wall and collected one day, delivered to us the next. Estimated delivery time 3-5pm on Friday. Phoned at 6pm to chase; told 7pm; eventually turned up at 8pm. Didn't matter to us but if you were supposed to be somewhere else for the evening (or going away for the weekend) inaccurate ETA would have been a problem. |

First bad feedback i've had to give; arrived late, sent text to wrong number asking to delay delivery by 24 hours; didn't get a reply so assumed it was a yes; then due to deliver sunday 5pm but arrived at 10pm; no communciation; drivers had no paperwork or receipts - look at his other recent feedback to see he is best avoided - sorry but truthful! MarekJ Thanks for your feedback. It is true that I've texted the wrong number to inform the customer about planned delivery. That is my mistake, and it is easy to acknowledge, but I think that you have forgot to mention that out of 56£ i was due to receive, i have paid £20 in compensation to the customer. The delivery on Sunday was meant to be AFTER 5PM, not at 5PM and I was in contact with receiving customer 3 times to inform what was happening and why the guys are late. I am not saying that 10pm is the greatest time to deliver, however I had really nightmare time during this weekend with my ex-driver who eventually had to be sacked by me as 3bad feedbacks in one weekend is enough. However I can assure all my future customers that similar situation will never happen again as one bad weekend cannot simply destroy 5 years of 96% positive feedbacks, which I had before I hired a wrong person. It will be all green again and I will put all my effort to it. Regards |

Marek and his team got us out of a lot of trouble after being extremely let down on the day of the move! He collected the day after and delivered the same day and finished near midnight! Would recommend them without any reservation! Thank you again |

Terrible. Didn't bother to turn up even through I had spoken to him to confirm. Phone unreachable and no contact from him. Avoid, avoid, avoid. Now stood on the street waiting for a car service to help me out at 7:30pm on a Friday evening. Disgusting. |
