All 6 chairs were damaged with water, soaked through, and must have been on their sides in the van as they're all heavily stained from the side. Contacted them and they're unwilling to do anything to compensate, just said leave negative feedback. Very poor customer service, avoid!! Mandj Was told all chairs to be re-upholstered, i think you want compensation for nothing, I think not!! what it means is, you "found" water damage on upholstery you were taking off anyway..one good way to gain compensation dont you think? now I have heard it all. |
