PATHETIC! Didnt even get in contact no collection no delivery no email no call after several from us. Fake tel number!! Called anyvan who claim this "courier" does this all the time! See rest of thier feedback and stay away. This has seriously cost us more money and valuable time! |

We accepted the bid from MV Movers they agreed to do the work and since then apart from one phone call very early on there has been complete silence despite us leaving numerous phone and email messages so we have had to find an alternative carrier. Also we visited the address given as Unit 12B MVMoves (12) replied: Peter is absolutely right BUT there is a reason! I was laid-up (hospitalised) suddenly with a severe chest infection. After 2 days I was able to delegate responsibility for re-organising shipments to my partner who had, by that time returned from Spain. For reasons known only to him, this never happened and I am truly very sorry. Our unit is no. 12 - the large barn-type building on the right. This has not yet been included on the nameboard by Newdigate Farms Ltd (our Landlords) as it is a relatively new conversion. The only companies that WE really know (and who probably know us) are Priory flooring and Createur Ltd - as these are our immediate neighbours. Once again, we're very sorry, it was a genuine oversight on our part |

MV Movers took items from Wales to Spain. Barry was a star after the failure of one of his drivers to come to Wales due to breakdown he came himself. He also drove the items out to Spain and met us there. He arrived late due to strikes, customs but got all items there in good condition. Cannot praise him and his firm enough and would definitely use him again. Easy to work with and very helpful. |

The price was brilliant however the delivery was four days late and there was a complete lack of communication. The delivery did arrive all fine but a few phone calls would have avoided a lot of unnecessary panic. |

After our initial contact and agreement that they would conact me the next day with specific times for the pick up in Italy I didn't here from them again, even after numerous frantic phone calls. Eventually after seven days they contactrd me with a lost mobile being the explanation !!!! MVMoves (12) replied: Well, that is disappointing. We had the deal in the bag, so to speak. I had informed the client of potential collection and delivery dates, we had a DEAL! I genuinely left my mobile (and several other things) in a car which caused me a problem. This was just TWO days, not seven. I rang Laura constantly to cement the deal - but no response from her. I am on the road a lot - like many transport service providers on 'Anyvan', but I made the effort, after getting NO RESPONSE from Laura, to find an internet cafe in Malmo (Sweden) to send her an email and to ask for a response from her. Again, nothing! Now she leaves us negative feedback . . . . it kinda knocks your faith in human nature when people behave this way but at least I can sleep well in the knowledge that I did the right thing - I wonder if Laura's concience affords her the same peace of mind? In short Ladies and Gentlemen - this person is a messer and probably best avoided. |
