Where do I start with this company, well after accepting there bid to collect furniture from the Luton area to deliver to bristol on the 14th November. Things started to go wrong when they rang me on Tuesday the 12th November to ask if they could collect and deliver that day, I said no that was suitable to either party. I then tried ringing them on wednesday to find what time they were going to collect on the thThursday, they said they would ring me back in an hour. It nearly took them 2 hours to ring me back. When they did they said we are in Birmingham at the moment can we collect today. After ringing our friend they said that is ok I rang back and told them that was fine, they said they would collect and deliver that sameday. That was fine with both parties. Anyway got from work around 6ish., my wife rang to say they haven't collected we tried to ring them back, but they didn't answer. They rang me back about 8:15 to say that were 45 mins away rang our friend to well them what time that they will be there and that was fine. Anyway they still hadn't arrived at 9:30, I rang to find out how far away they were, they told me 10 mins. After about another 30 mins they still hadn't turned up. Rang them again they said they had got lost. Anyway they picked up the furniture at10: 15, and left. I rang them and told them what time they were going to deliver in the morning. Furniture arrived at 8:15. I will be looking for some compensation back, I feel collecting a park at 10:15 at night isn't good enough. I felt I was doing all the chasing regarding what was going on. I wouldn't recommed this company to anyone. That's my rant over. |

The van requested was not the one that showed up. It took extremely long to load the van considering I had prepared everything in the garage for a quick and easy load. Turned up late for a 9am start with not everything fitting in the van and with a few broken items at the end of it. I have not experienced a move so stressful. |

Never again. The whole experience was very stressful and not one i would like to have again. The guys are not used to moving furniture. They scratched my floor, took chances out of my walls and I'm left with a wardrobe in the middle of my hall that i can't get in my bedroom. Disaster and I will never use them again. I am very upset and unsatisfied MOV (33) replied: The client did not provide us with detailed information regarding the item,which apparently weighs over three hundred kgs. However, it is always our desire to provide the best service to our valued clients and we would sincerely like to apologise to her. In future we shall strive to get detailed information on the job we wish to undertake so that we don't antagonise our valued client base. |

They were meant to pick up Monday night but didn't pick up until Tuesday morning so I wasn't impressed with that. However when they arrived Tuesday evening they couldn't have been more helpful, polite and cheerful. Two very nice guys |

Dreadful, I confirmed all details with them 4 times by email and phone. The buyer also confirmed details. Should have collected this item this afternoon and I had a call off the buyer to say he hadn't been. I rang and he said in very bad English he would now collect Saturday. Cowboys, left me in a very difficult position. Should have listened to my instinct when I suspected he was a bad service and cowboy with poor language barrier |

Friendly guys, no quibbles that the job needed two trips and clean van but arrived late, had no blankets and only a couple of bungees to secure the load and the packing of the van was 'inexperienced' with heavy items placed on top of fragile marked boxes. Cheaper than hiring a van myself, but hardly a hands of removal service. Overall I got what I paid for I suppose, and the stuff got moved. |
