Very disapointed! I was sent an email on 8th August at 8.30pm which I didn't read because I wasn't online that evening as I was collecting my mum from the airport. The next day I was busy packing and thought I would give MMoving a call to make sure everything was still ok for the following day. 5 phone calls, that hadn't been answered, later and I was starting to get a little concerned. Received a text message at 10pm Friday night saying that their van had broken down and that they couldn't do the removal the next day. I asked why they hadn't called me if they hadn't received a reply from my email the previous evening. I had to then call around Saturday morning and I have ended up paying £500 for an emergency last minute removal. This company doesn't seem to mind that they let me down on such a stressful day as I haven't heard a word from them since Friday night. They could have quite easily hired a van if that was the real reason. My recommendation is to avoid and go with someone else even if you have to pay a bit more. MMoving we gave the customers two days in advance notice that our van broke down , we offered to do the job two days later hen we brought a new van as she said they were flexible with there dates but we could not contact the customer via email or phone a they was not responding |

I used MMoving for a house move. They were punctual and helpful. I had some cheaper quotes, but decided to go with MMoving as they responded t all my messages and I checked they really understood they job / how much work before I accepted. |
