Very unprofessional. The way they spoke to me, their customer was very rude. Agreed on a time and no one showed up, evey 30 minutes they say 30 minutes more. Moreover they threatened me that if I didn't pay full amount now (before they even arrive) they will cancel the job!! Today is my move out date, i have the agency coming for inspection expecting an empty flat. I am very disappointed i dont know what to do MH1973 i not cancel this job , customer cancel, she want 40 gbp off for delay , my fault and apologise for delay approx 1 h , but i was informed and spoke few times from the morning about problems with van and hard traffic , we arrange around 2 pm we will be few minutes past 3 ,but customer cancel because i agree give 10 % discount for delay . but she want more , than i cant accepted her offer , they cancel , im was loose time 2 people team plus fuel and still gently resolve this situation |
