We are transport company based in UK. We can handle all kinds of cargo from small loads to house removals. We also acting agents for many parcel carriers.
Our vans are 22 cbm with 1100kg capacity PER VAN. If your listing say 10 cbm of space we allow up to 450kg for part load.
Our drivers will assist with loading and unloading. Entrusted goods fully insured (Courier, Haulage, hire and reward, goods in transit and public liability insurance). Please note antiques are not insured so pls arrange separate cover. Also unpackaged or poorly packed furniture is not covered.
All damages must be advised on delivery and marked on the delivery note otherwise insurers will not accept a claim. All fines due to overweight vans etc to be paid by the customer. Bids expires when listing ends.

May we also remind you that it is your responsibility to ensure that your shipment is securely wrapped and protected for transit. If the above procedure is not followed the company shall not under any circumstances be held liable for any compensation.
We will assume the shipment was delivered in good condition unless the receiver has noted any damage on delivery. We shall not be liable for any loss or damage in any way as a result of our performance once the proof of delivery has been signed.
If we are unable to deliver a shipment because of an incorrect address (or address been change after job has been accepted) we will make all reasonable efforts to find the correct address. We will notify you of the correction and deliver or attempt to deliver to correct address, however additional charges will apply.
You agree that we or any governmental authority including customs and security may open and inspect your shipment at any time. You also agree to pay us any cost we incur in forwarding, disposing of or returning the shipment.
PLEASE REMEMBER ETA FOR PART LOADS WILL BE GIVEN ON THE DAY OF COLLECTION AND THE SAME FOR DELIVERY.

La communication était très compliquée avec le déménageur, qui ne répondait pas pendant plusieurs jours pendant la période de collecte/livraison. Nous avons été prévenus la veille du jour de la collecte. Le livreur était aimable mais la personne en charge du planning n'a pas facilité l'organisation. Je recommanderais de prendre un forfait plus premium pour avoir des dates de collecte et livraison fixes. MGKMove Dear customer, Thank you for your feedback.
