This person quoted and I accepted - he then refused to carry out the delivery because he had mis-read the postcode and under priced! Have checked with AnyVan and the information on the request for quotes was always Cowes and never Portsmouth as you are trying to claim - Suggest you read the information fully before quoting. You have just lost me a sale which I am having to refund to a very unhappy and disappointed client. M62m62 Message read Portsmouth not Cowes . Apologies were made. |
