Mark and Jenna arrived full of enthusiasm and were fantastic in helping me (a single, weedy female with apparently no biceps) move everything that I have acquired during my 32 years on the planet to a new address in London from Ashford, Kent. The quote was extremely reasonable, and they went beyond the call of duty in helping me move things around and even set up my bed so that I would be able to sleep. I had read the feedback on these guys before booking and I think the negative one is probably unfair. Mark is a straightforward guy so far as I can tell, and if you treat him as you would want to be treated I think he will be very fair and accommodating in return. They coped very well with me being fairly changeable until the last couple of days and I really felt they did their utmost best to work around me and help me out. I would absolutely recommend this company, and I - for one - will be using them again. Made a day I was dreading into almost enjoyable!! Thanks Mark and Jenna. Keep up the good work. Katie |

Mark was BRILLIANT.. I would defiantly recommend him. The job involved picking up a desk that I won on ebay and dropping it off to me. Was no problem at all for him...he picked it up and made it to mine early! He even helped me to take it apart so we could maneuver it up the stairs. |

Mark surpassed normal customer service. He was polite, helpful and went beyond the call of duty in getting our job done. He would definately be our first choice should we require any type of collection/delivery service in the future. I would certainly recommend him to friends/family.
