No reply to email to confirm a collection date. Driver just showed up. Upon delivery driver was rude and tried to increase the price of the delivery because the booking operator had misread the job. When challenged he backed down but only if feedback was left and tried to force me to do it on the spot. Would never use them again regardless of price. Loadx Wrong information provided on bidding job. There was a full van load of carpets. We did not charged even a single penny extra. Job completed successfully. For prompt communications we used phone not mail. we replied each text from this respectable customer. very bad behaviour received by this customer. He treated our driver like slave. All issue started he provided us wrong information about job. |
