General transportation and delivery service. Our bids are based on standard collection / delivery consolidated service. We have to consolidate all collections and deliveries to enable us to provide you these super competitive rates.
We can offer an express service, or dedicated collection / delivery times for your item, request a price for this.
We will mostly need both seller and customer to be flexible where possible, again to ensure we can keep our prices low.
However larger items such as wardrobes, fridge freezers wall units etc, we aim to collect and deliver same day (location dependant) to avoid having to double handle via our storage facility. (again location dependant)
Before accepting a bid I would recommend that you send us a quick email via this site so we can advise you on when we can collect and deliver and offer another solution based on your needs.
Please also be aware that we are on the road all day everyday and can't can answer phones as much as we like. Please email via this site to ensure your message will be received. we aim to reply with 24 hours.
You will be provided a number for the driver once we have mutually agreed on a collection and delivery date.

To become an Accredited transport provider we ask our users to present one of the following pieces of documentation to further verify themselves.
- Copy of Goods in Transit Insurance certificate
- Company Registration certificate (if applicable)
- UK VAT registration certificate (if applicable)
- Photocopy of Passport
- Drivers licence details

A dreadful experience from start to finish, use at your peril. Took over 6 weeks to receive the item, the little comms I received were dismissive and of a 'couldn't care less' attitude, he even asked the collection address to leave the wooden furniture out in the rain until he was ready to collect. Messed the seller around with collection dates and didn't show when arranged. I finally received the items but they are damaged and absolutely no attempt was made to protect in transit. Huge chunks of wood missing and dented. Complete waste of time, I wouldn't use this courier if you paid me. Do yourself a favour, stay well clear of this guy. |

I accepted an offer, paid the deposit and notified the auction house. I received one message from the driver apologising for the delay...then nothing. I have send numerous emails and left several messages with zero response. I have been very patient, but after 16 days I have lost all patience and faith in this person. I am sorry for the negative review, but you really have left me no choice... |

Did not return telephone calls. Did not deliver on original date and then failed to deliver on agreed second choice. Only one person turned up to collect so had to help move the furniture. Leehar Hello...our preferred contact is by email or text, we can't always take calls. Only one van and a driver booked and assistance is always needed unloading and loading. Consignee was happy with delivery date. We don't take payments by cheque but made a concession for you. Also this is not a dedicated courier service, and your goods have to fit around our work loads. Overall this was a good service for a full load of furniture from Lewes to Wilts. Please ensure your are buying the right product. Had problems with your Coutts cheque ;) |
