I had to keep ringing and was getting excuses, even after allowing him extra time to arrive. In the end I gave up and hired a self drive van which was actually cheaper than his price. I was panicking all morning and in the end had to give up. He turned up at the precise moment I was signing the forms at the van hire company. |

What a bunch of bullsh...ttters! Don't touch them with a barge-pole. Unreliable and full of excuses. Caused me no end of stress with their lies and broken promises. Thank god that Anyvan sorted out the mess and inconvenience they caused me... if they hadn't I'd still be waiting to move... Koby007 sorry traveling from Bedford to Dover is a long distance there wasn't that we could do M11 motorway was very busy, sorry for being 1hour 30mins late |

Terrible business!!! The man refused to do the job. He abandoned me last minute and I had to look for another company. When he came to my flat, he was seemingly rushed, then he started whining and saying the job was too hard for the price he was charging (you were not forced to bid, hellooo!) and he had other deliveries to make (which I assume were more important than mine!) We were stranded but luckily got the services of a nice man with a van who squeezed us between two jobs, at a very high price of course! I will never recommend this company to anyone! I need my deposit back! |
