We are a hull based family company and take pride in our work, we move everything from a single ebay item, ikea, b & q to full house moves plus two man home delivery service including contract work, we also support British heart foundation.
All of our vehicles are clean and tidy and are brand new, complete with blankets and straps to ensure safe transportation of your goods.
We can also provide packing service prior to your move at extra cost to ensure your move is stress free.
We are now offering international moves due to recent demand.
All we ask is that the items you require us to move is 99% accurate to provide you with 100% service as we bid on items you require us to move if your inventory changes please notify us in advance as extra work is chargeable.
We both have over twenty years experience and pride ourselves in our work.
So try us we are very efficient and keep your customers informed of delivery at every stage.
We operate 24 hours a day 7 days a week not 9 to 5 to ensure all your needs are catered for, please allow 24 hours for us to get back to you upon accepting our bid unless you have stated sameday and we always aim to better ourselves.
We deliver and collect all jobs within 10 days, sometimes within 24 hours unless prebooked.
We also offer storage for a small fee.
We are a family team and fully insured.
We can provide documentation upon request all claims carry a £100 excess.
Please note there will be a cancellation fee of 50% if 24 hours notice is not given to cover losses and all payments are due upon delivery unless prior arrangement has been made we accept pay pal but there is a additional 5% charge on top or you can pay direct into account or cash on delivery sorry we do NOT accept cheques.

Paul has been terrible at communication. The sofa was delivered relatively successfully though was delayed due to issues with the van (which was fine, I said we could be flexible and we were told about that issue). However, the delivery was missing 2 cushions that my grandad kindly included with the sofa. It has been nearly 6 months now I have been waiting for these to be delivered. It has always been me that gets in contact with Paul (though it hasn't been him answering his phone for several months now) and I have always been promised that they will be posted out to me. It's got really ridiculous now. The mobile number no longer works and the landline number nobody answers despite ringing at different times of the day, and there's no facility to leave a message. I know that Paul doesn't answer emails from when I emailed him early on before the sofa was delivered with no response. I have tried leaving a message from his website facility where the promise is a response within 72 hours. I have had no response, over 100 hours later. I just want the cushions posted out to me please, they have sentimental value. The last time I spoke to a lady on Paul's phone, she said that my contact details had been deleted so they'd been unable to get hold of me. I feel it is very unprofessional to delete contact details if aspects of a job are still outstanding. Massively disappointed by this service. I wouldn't go with Paul unless you have time to chase him every week to check he's going to do what he's said he would do. |
