Conveniently near Llantwitt Major, in South Wales, with good access to the M4 corridor,We offer a full range of courier and ‘man with a van’ services for business and domestic clients.
We offer competitive rates for both our same day and next day delivery services. We base our quotes on the information that you provide to us on your Inventory. If there are changes made to the Inventory without informing us then additional costs will accur.
We treat all items we handle as if they were our own, and always use straps and blankets to protect the items, but we do ask where possible for the customer to wrap items for extra peace of mind to themselves.
Times of collections and deliveries are between 7am and 10pm 7 days a week so if customers could please make sure somebody is available to meet our drivers, and also state on the job they request doing if collection/delivery is an office,shop,factory etc and their hours of business so we can carry out the job within those timescales would be most helpful. if nobody is there then a waiting charge will accur and further charges if have to reschedule. Also if we collect an item from a warehouse or shop it is your responsibility to check order as we just collect what we are given by the seller as long as it matches description you give. We cannot except responsibility if warehouse etc get it wrong

Allot of hassle with this courier. Wrong items picked up as they didnt check with warehouse office, refused to accept blame for a long time, constant failures then to pick up correct package and not telling truth about dates it would be picked up - claimed it would and didnt, claimed it had been picked up then hadnt - poor communication and eventual refusal to answer calls or messages asking for update. Had a terrible time with this company - who, after complaining to Anyvan, eventually offered a majority refund. I then had to pay a different courtier to deliver the correct items - eventually I received them but no thanks to this courier. I am sure they are ok when they do it right the first time (maybe) but if anything goes wrong they are a nightmare to deal with - at your own risk! Kirsty40 1. is not our responsibility to make sure you have ordered the right products. 2. we can only collect and deliver items that are given to us at point of collection 3. next time make sure your order is right before you try to pass the blame onto my company 4. we gave you a full refund on the promise of no bad feed back being left |
