A very disappointing service from K and K. Due to the lack of communication from the driver regarding the date for the collection of the wooden ottoman which I had bought from eBay, the seller cancelled the sale. In communicating this cancellation to K and K, his attitude and response was similarly poor. KandK The client was informed that the seller would be contacted with regard to the collection over the weekend. The job was cancelled on Friday, before I was due to contact the seller. I am sorry she felt that she had been badly dealt with but I had not changed any of the arrangments. |
