This was our first time we hired someone to move our baggage to other country. He picked our baggage from Spain to the UK and everything he brought was completed and there was no any damage in all the items .He also weep the deadlines in the period that he says. So I recommend you Johnathan to anybody that's interested into moving or to take things from one place to another .We are very happy with the change and we are also delighted. Thanks a lot for all. |

The services were actually not provided as the van broke down. JonSpace What a WANKER!!! As soon as we knew there was a problem with the van the customer was informed immediately and we requested a 24hr to 72hr delay in pick up. When he told us he could not wait we agreed mutually that he should find another transport option and this was 4 days before the scheduled pick up date. |

Got them here but miss the deadline agree! JonSpace The deadline was not agreed it was a provisional delivery date which was missed due to other jobs causing us delays and for health and safety reasons our driver had to take a break and was not able to deliver on the day required although we did deliver within time on the second delivery deadline specified and we apologize for any inconvenience caused and would also like to add that the job was approximately 30% under cost so they got a good price it was just unfortunate that on that occasion other jobs did not link up as fast as we had hoped which necessitated our driver to have to stop and take a break to be working safe. So sorry for that and as stated at the time if you use us again we will be 100% on time and will give a 20% discount loyalty bonus off the net bid price for entrusting us with a future job. BEWARE! THOUGHT THIS WAS A WIND UP, BOOK AT YOUR PERIL!! JonSpace Mr French's comments constitutes slander. Please disregard as his account of events is one-sided, innacurate, and he does not take into account the efforts we made to carry out his job which included waiting near his house for 6 hours without knowing it was wasting our time because he did not tell us that he decided to do the job himself in the middle of the night and didn't have the decency to inform us at the time and told us after we had waited from 2am to 10am. Thank you Mr French. See you in Court. |

Very good once they turned up, did call to explain delay but a 3 hour wait was a lot longer than expected! JonSpace A little bit surprised by this comment about being 3 hours late because the chap was very relaxed about the time and told us when we phoned to ask if we could put the job back, not to worry about putting the time back from 9.30am - we had some other jobs to finish and it was more convenient for us to come later but had we have known then about his comments made here then we would have gone there at 9.30 am - its funny how people sometimes give one impression and mean another so I guess we will put this one down to experience and not take everyone at face value. So sorry chappie if you weren't happy wiith the time we turned up - maybe next time just be honest and tell us what you really want and we will be happy to oblige OK :)) |
