We are a small family based company our staff are courteous and polite. with offices throughout the UK. Our rates are very competitive and we are very professional at our work.
We would like to bring to your
ATTENTION that we ask that any furniture that needs dismantled should be dismantled prior to collection as this incurs an additional fee if we need to do it ourselfs. And that any extra items added that or not listed may also incur an additional Fee as may maybe carrying more than 1 Order in our van .So therefore space could be limited.With the winter now upon us collection and deliveries maybe delayed but will be rescheduled.

Even better service than I expected. They arrived at collection and delivery points within the times arranged in spite of horrid driving conditions.They handled the heavy but delicate load with care even up narrow stairs! Friendly crew. Good value for money. I would definately use them again. |

I have just had an awful experience with Jimmyand and I wish to lodge a formal complaint. They are incompetent, and unprofessional and they severely damaged several items of my furniture. They are not professional removal people. And it shows. And now, despite assuring me they were insured, they have still not gone through the proper chanels to ensure I'm appropriately compenstated for the damage. I am frankly appalled and I would not like anyone else to be subjected to this. Jimmyand This job was a nightmare from start to finish we couldn't check anything in to the van as it was a rush there was loads more items than what was on the list and if the person had checked through the site they would see we are couriers and we have no goods in transit we would not be doing any work for this person in the future. |

took the money in total owed plus the deposit Jimmyand The gentleman in old rayne was happy with the service provided by our company and we told him what the balance was.It was him that chose to gave us the full amount. We never asked for deposit as we are seperate from Anyvan. Who recieve the commission. As was also explained to the gentleman. We are a transport provider and if you read the terms and conditions then you would have known this thanks Andy |
