HE DID NOT TURN UP!! It was agreed he would come at 10.00. I phoned him 4 times leaving messages on his mobile, but heard nothing. At 11.15 I decided I would have to make alternative arrangements. His no show meant that I was out of pocket considerably. James started off very well doing several deliveries for us and giving us a good service... we did pay though the nose and paid james upfront.. we have thus found out hes collected an item and kept it claims to have to sent etc but its all lie.. paid him for other deliveries by bank transfer which he hasnt completed and and lies about just about everything.. he claims to be some massive firm but hes in fact on a suspened prison sentence. and has a habit of driving with no insurance. |

I was genuinely and pleasantly surprised by the level of service provided, which was beyond expectation. I could not be more thankful for your commitment to the difficult task, which took so many hours into the early morning made worse by difficult parking of the van and intolerant neighbors complaining. I was very lucky to have you both J and A otherwise, as you know, the damn thing would not have made it to the 1st floor. I recommend you 100% and thank you very much. A+++++ |

A deposit was made and only after the company/driver clearly received a better job to do instead, was I informed the job could not be done as requested. The deposit has NOT been refunded.
