About Me
Hi there and welcome to our little business,based in Belper Derbyshire, we sell furniture via ebay and at local sales, offering delivery to those who are on our own routes. This means we can offer what we consider to be competitive quotes while taking good care of your items at the same time.
Not being a pile it high, distribution carrier means that with us one person collects and delivers you items, which means we can wrap them for transit and save you the effort.
We are happy to work with you to ensure your items are collected and arrive at a time that is mutually convenient for both parties, rather than just turn up. I do prefer to do single runs with same day delivery, but have a large workshop which I can use to store your item when required, short term only though.

I accepted the quoted price for a job and bid for an eBay item on the basis that delivery was going to cost £x, so I could afford to bid £y. After I had won the auction, Jez said that he had miscalculated the weight of the load and pulled out of the job. His communications were perfectly polite, but I felt it was very unprofessional to let me down in that manner and I therefore can't leave anything other than negative feedback. Jezcam (51) replied: Hi to all reading this, if I am honest this is fair feedback! As I did let the customer down. The issue was I did not calculate the weight of 160 stone floor tiles, which was far more than than the 1.2 tonnes my van can carry. I did consider doing 3 runs to honour the bid, but this would have meant letting more people down, so inevitably I had to cancel, for saftey's sake. Nat if you are reading this once again I am very sorry. |
