To become an Accredited transport provider we ask our users to present one of the following pieces of documentation to further verify themselves.
- Copy of Goods in Transit Insurance certificate
- Company Registration certificate (if applicable)
- UK VAT registration certificate (if applicable)
- Photocopy of Passport
- Drivers licence details

The seller said the driver was incompetent (I have her email to confirm this). The desk was clearly shown on eBay in perfect condition although it arrived with the top shelf broken. The driver noticed this and said he should have taken a photo of the damage before he loaded the dask. The reason why he did not dot do so was because the damage occurred during transit. I do not like lies and for this reason we would not use Anyvan again. JayGPC I am very disappointed with your decisions to leave negative feedback. You paid in full to the driver without any dispute but then later claim the desk had been broken. The photo you sent to me clearly shows you have moved the desk upstairs. You have been extremely rude and therefore I would strongly recommend against anyone offering their services. |
