I am a sole trader with a small panel van and Luton type for larger items or small to medium removals
I aim to provide a fast quality service generally within seven days with cheap rates and will always help where I can.
Happy to negotiate a price and deal with special requests and requirements.

The other star ratings are all determined by the number of successful jobs with a compulsory minimum of 95% feedback:
- Bronze Certified
= 20 - 70 successful jobs - Silver Certified = 71 - 250 successful jobs
- Gold Certified
= 250+ successful jobs

On July 10th (a month ago...) The driver had arranged that he would pick up my furniture at 3pm - I had said that if it was later than 6pm I wouldn't be able to move that day as I am caring for my mother and she wouldn't be able to travel if we were going to arrive at the other end at 10pm at night. THE DRIVER ARRIVED AT 8PM INSTEAD OF 3PM AND WHEN HE GOT TO US HE SAID THAT THERE WAS NOT ENOUGH ROOM ON THE VAN, EVEN THOUGH WE HAD DISCUSSED HOW MUCH FURNITURE THERE WAS TO BE PICKED UP. - IT WAS MORE FURNITURE THAN ORIGINALLY QUOTED FOR AND WE HAD ARRANGED A DIFFERENT PRICE. .. I HAD SPENT THE TWO PREVIOUS DAYS EMPTYING OUT CHEST OF DRAWERS AND DRAGGING THE FURNITURE TO THE FRONT OF THE BUNGALOW SO THAT IT WOULD BE EASIER FOR THE DRIVER. Jagman t |
