No comment left by customer. Jaamax This customer is a cheat, she under declared the amount of stuff she wanted moved, on the job sheets it stated 30 boxes & 3 beds, in reality she had 53 boxes, 13 suitcases, 17 big laundry bags, 3 cabinets, 3 chester drawers, 6 garden chairs & a table. I showed my job sheet, told her I will call the office and at this point offered me an extra £60 to do the job. I agree to do one trip and take what she had booked for and any space left I will take as much as I can up to the maximum van capacity. The garden furniture, bedside units and the Chester of drawers couldn't fit into the van so I left them behind, all the boxes, suitcases, laundry bags, 3 beds and 3 mattresses where moved. I was at the pick up point @ 7.55 am for a 8 am start, I explained to her in a polite way that she should not under declared her booking in future because transport provider have a knowledge of what job they have attended too and that minor discrepancies is ok but not this. Basically she wanted a big job to be done on the cheap. Now she has given me a negative feedback score but she can't explain bad or dissatisfied she is with the service offered. I would urge AnyVan do delete such feedback if the customer cannot say what the problem was with the service. To me this customer is a cheat and abuses AnyVan business model in a way that she thinks transport providers have no clue of the job bookings and once a van is booked she can just load it up with everything and anything regardless of the booking details. Please AnyVan I beg you to delete this particular negative feed from this customer because this is done out of pure malice and bad mind. |
