About Me
We are a small transport company working out of Perthshire in Scotland and covering the entire UK for both collection and delivery of items. Our main vehicle is a 2009 Iveco Daily High roof extra Long wheelbase which gives us the ability to take loads of up to 4 metres in length and up to 1200kg total weight. Our van is fully comprehensively insured and regularly serviced. In addition we have £25,000 in Goods in Transit Insurance and £2,000,000 cover for Public Liability. We always take the best possible care of your items and once loaded they are padded and strapped down for security and safety. We have been involved in road transport for over 5 years though mainly in contract work. All drivers and assistants are fully uniformed and careful drivers at all times. All this adds to the care we take of your deliveries.

Cancelled job today which was due next week, I tried contacting them many times via anyvan and email- Company said they tried to contact me to advise re cancellation however no email or calls received. JHMLo This is total fabrication! You claimed you spoke to me, the company secretary, yesterday and the day before....compete nonsense I was here all day yesterday and Sunday, the only call was from another customer, added to that the switchboard is shut Sundays! A call was made to you 10mins before you rang the office with your threat of 'this will not go down with your company I can assure you of that!'. And a voice mail left. We have been sending you emails and texts, directly, for weeks telling you the job could no longer be carried out, you didn't respond to any of them and claimed you didn't receive any of them. Maybe we should only contact customers via anyvan rather directly in future to prevent 'misunderstandings' of this nature in the future. |
