Perhaps not their luckiest week first date they had a refused load and the second date for my pick up their gearbox went ! My only complaint was that they did not let me know either time and we lost a full morning with staff standing by waiting for them to arrive. Extremely POOR service, the job was ‘farmed’ out to a third party without my knowing or consent. The goods arrived 10 days late, the haulier took no responsibility to rectify, poor communication and poorer attitude. Would not recommend and would NEVER use again! JGHEAVY FEEDBACK FOR US WHY! We did not do this job?No access for our artics ,she had other French company do on small truck WHO OBVIOUSLY DESERVES THIS FEEDBACK GET YOUR FACTS RIGHT |
