Please keep in mind, we are the firm that will always go the extra mile, and aren’t here just to rip you off, like many adding extras after acceptance…

We can supply a man and van, man power, or the full package removal with packing and securing loads etc. Whatever it is you need, we will go out of our way to make sure it gets done to an amazing standard!

- Company Registration certificate (if applicable)
- UK VAT registration certificate (if applicable)

Unfortunately the company didn't deliver on their '5 star all round service with a personal touch and going the extra mile for their customers each and every time'. The shipment was never collected by them let alone delivered. I had to phone them to try and find out when they would be collecting the item, they said their van had broken down and was off the road and they would call me back. However, following numerous phone calls/voicemails to them and contacting them by email they have still to come back to me with an update. Terrible service, or rather lack of, would not recommend using them. |

Bad attitude JANVAN1 Hello, We are sorry if we failed to meet your expectations. To be clear you booked in a ONE ITEM job, that we quoted you accordingly on. Only to find out once you accepted that in-fact it’s a whole ensuite room full of stuff! We have had near to no communication back from yourself, and offered to still do the job upon a re-quote. We tried to contact you using the foreign number you provided multiple times with no answer and via messages through Anyvan… I don’t see why you felt the need to leave us negative feedback upon your own fault of not booking the job correctly and failing to communicate with us to be able to complete the job. You left us feedback without even letting us do the job. Sorry you felt this way! |
