was waiting for guy 2,5 hours and after he arrived he told me that for what Ive got it will be 3 times as we agreed on anyvan. I texted him week before it will be sofa,table,wardrobe and couple luggages and he agreed to do it for this money but when he arrived story was different - "show me on order anyvan - title is 3seater sofa" . So after all for just one course -only big things I paid 60 pounds instead of 28 (he wanted 100 to take all things but I only moved big ones) . Also when he arrived with this 2.5 h delay he wasnt professional as said he doesnt have time as he needs to go to next client.Would not recommend at all. J4TT4 U listed a 3 seater sofa and on arrival u had a 2 bedroom flat too move please be Pacific next time you was expecting me too move your two bedroom flat for £28 I have pictures too prove how much stuff u had so please be honest and accurate with what u have and how much u have and thier will be no need too pay extra |

Initial communications was very good. However, the actual delivery was terrible. 1. We were charged an extra £20 to take 2 small desks upstairs. Our house has three levels. Unfortunately I was not there to accept delivery and our nanny paid the money. 2. They men damaged the paint on the front door. 3. the men damaged the wardrobe taking it into the play room. J4TT4 Hi sorry for the late reply I was not aware of anything getting deliverd first or 2nd floor and the two small desks weren't that small actually they were decent size with decent weight u should mentioned it was going top floors it takes effort too take up the stairs especially furniture like that so I think £20 was a fair price tbh and I don't remember any paint damage or anything we went out of our way too position ur wardrobe down stairs ur nanny that was thier was pleased with our job I'm sorry if u wasn't |

Although arriving late due to unforseen circumstances they were friendly and helpful and got the job done quickly. Ended up being 2 runs but they didnt charge extra and were helpful about putting my bookcase back together again. |
