Item not collected despite arrangement being made for date and time window. I was advised the day before the collection day that the bags were heavy and would require 2 persons which was communicated IMMEDIATELY to the driver along with FULL communication details for both collection and delivery points.

I have only just found out that the company did not collect the items as promised.

Driver was due to collect in the afternoon but as he had not turned up by 7 pm the sender contacted him and found that he was not going to be collecting that day. I was not made aware of this until today.

This caused the sender a great deal of inconvenience and wasted time to the sender, and myself a lot of grief from the sender.

I have just spoken with the driver, who denied knowing about the need for 2 men until the morning of the job when he was already on the road, I have now decided to relist job. I would have been prepared to arranged another date with him but was not happy with his lack of communication, denial of facts and his attitude. There was no guarantee that this would not happen again.

hello job been ordered to made by one person so price and all its different in case 2 peoples as its more money to pay where more peoples needed so jobs like that are cancelled straight away as they are totally mislead estimated price simple its that and changing agreements after bid acceptance its not working as got other stops to made ..in that case did had info abut small job and its become up to elephant size of job sorry did cancel it as it was impossible to made it under original agreements..
