Very unreliable and awful customer service. On numerous occasions never called back or turned up when arranged. Then when trying to chase they would not answer the phone. Received an email some hours after the collection had passed stating the office had had a power cut which had also affected mobile phones. This email was from a completely different email account and the person would not provide a contact number or call me. They used the excuse that there wasn't a phone free in the office. This was not a valid reason for the driver not turning up. There was a negative comment on prior to me accepting but I thought I would give the benefit of the doubt considering the guy said it was due to him breaking his arm. This firm seem to have an excuse for everything. Why can't people be honest? Have ended up sending an email to all of the three different email addresses telling them I have had to instruct another courier to do the job and apologise to the people awaiting the delivery. Tried all week to contact had make alternative arrangments in the end, very poor communication. Geb01 (9) replied: As Stated To Custmer, Vehicle Was Available And Ready To Collect Load On Friday, Have Been In France For 3 Days Collecting Loads So Been Away From Phone And Email Access, Now Have A Vehicle With No Load And Costing Me Money |
