Payment by cash or card on collection/delivery ,bank transfer upfront before delivery. Also card payments are surcharge 5% for debit card and 7% for credit cards.
If address is not correct extra charge of £2 per mile for distance between wrong and correct postcode will be added.

The other star ratings are all determined by the number of successful jobs with a compulsory minimum of 95% feedback:

- Company Registration certificate (if applicable)

Pleasant helpful driver but poor communication. I was told pick up would be middle of the day, then my seller was told later on which she was disappointed about. I asked about payment and was not told cash was required on collection. GXP Items collected in afternoon as customer requests. No payment on collection was required. Customer was advise payment methods beforehand but didn't pick messages or didn't read our T&C on our profile. There was problem with payment as customer didn't have any money to clear invoice and pay to driver on delivery. |

Item was picked up fine and on time, yet the company I was sending the item to has refused to confirm the item has been delivered. I've been contacting this company repeatedly over the last 2 weeks yet I still have not received any proof of delivery. This means I will lose £300 and thus I think this is a extremely poor service. GXP We have emailed proof of delivery twice to customer. Also txt message was send to customer on same day after item was delivered. It's not our fault if customers item was by warehouse operators where item was delivered. Copy of delivery note was left also with item in warehouse on delivery day. Item wasn't pack or wrap in anyway ,customer also didn't put any label with reference on item what should be obvious thing to do when you return item to big warehouse of eBay shop by independent courier service. |
