we aim to complete our jobs within the times given but can not be held responsible for unseen circumstances beyond our control so time slots given are approximate but we will inform you if any changes.
please inform us of any steps/stairs long walks or parking restrictions in advance, failure to do so may result in an extra charge on the day.
any extra waiting on the day will be charged at £40 P/H on the day after the first 15 minutes.
the price quoted is for listed items only and the taking of extra items is down to our discretion and will be charged for.
it is your responsibility to ensure items fit in your property, we do not take out windows or take off doors to get them in.
any dismantling or re assembley is down to our discretion and will be charged for.
any mirrors/glass TV's etc are not covered for breakages as with any courier and are carried at own risk.
when accepting us to carry out work you agree to accept out terms and conditions and enter a legal and binding contract.

Cancelled with 2 days notice, no reason given to Anyvan Fezace anyvan didn't ask for a reason but if they would of asked I would of told them the same as I told you. a hospital appointment. and it is requested by anyvan that I give at least 48hrs notice before cancelation which I did so cant see why you have give me negative feedback. |

Highly recommended. Early start 8am booking, turned up 10 mins early, perfect when you have a long day ahead of you. Were polite and incredibly hard working. 3 bed house and a garage. Also dismantled and re-assembled 3 beds and a dining room table. Top class service and a couple of genuinely trustworthy chaps. Full house moved including travel time in 4 hours. 100% recommended and will use again. |
