Timings for pick up were off (2.5hrs late) and could have communicated better, but item arrived undamaged and on time and that's the most important thing. Would use again. |

What a sham after 3 days try to contact him after accepting his bid,arranged for delivery waited in all day got rid of our origanal sofa so nothing to sit on never turned up, no explanatoin no phone call,still heard nothing next day, after 8 PHONE CALLS TO his answering machine last message i was understandably uptight rang again at last for him to answer he said he had the right to not answer his phone if he didnt want to, all we wanted is to be kept informed instead of sat in waiting, after he made me feel i was being unreasable he told me to get somone else and put the phone down on me Fasttrac (12) replied: you lying so and so spoke from offset and eventually i told you to do one |

DRIVER NEVER ARRIVED TO COLLECT ITEM. NO COMMUNICATION OTHER THAT THAT MADE BY MYSELF. Fasttrac (12) replied: as i was 45 minutes late due to traffic on M62 customer at collection address had a hospital appointment spoke with rude customer at delivery address and we eventually arranged for 4.00pm collection 30 minuets later she contacted anyvan to state collection had failed dispite the rearranged time of 4.30. i then spoke to the girls at anyvan and told them of the arrangement. customer was still rude at collection address so i stated that she should find another courier. |
