Never ever use this service. No care is taken in securing your goods to be deliverd. The furniture i had delivered was scraped and the wood had chuncks chipped out. The person is rude and will see no reasoning when confronted about the damage. Late on pick up and delivery. Hung up when i tried to confront him on the damage of my furniture. You will be unhappy with using this service. DONT BE A VICTIM OF THIS CARELESS BAD SERVICE!!!! Fastdely (27) replied: we wrapped your furniture and you didn't pay extra for it! we delivered it to you some day! you signed that the table is in the some condition. what happened next we don't know and it is not our responsibility! you bought a used bed on ebay or somewhere else and then you are asking for insurance? is that right after hours from delivery? no insurance company will pay if you don't say it at the delivery time!! However we wrapped it ourselves because you didn't pay the seller and not even us!! if the table was damaged you should talk with the seller because the driver had only your bed in the van!! I don't know what kind of people you are! buying use thing and trying to get all the money back through insurance!! ANIMALS |

No comment left by customer. Fastdely (27) replied: We don't understand why neutral feedback. We really tried to satisfy you and your times. you told us you weren't available to receive the delivery during the day, you said after 6 pm and because of you we had to reschedule all our deliveries. We couldn't pick up the second item in sheffield but that wasn't on what we agreed on AnyVan. Unfortunately you have your times but we do have our own. The job was to collect 2 sofa in London and deliver in Cheshire (next day) and we did it TO YOUR OWN TIMES. |

Everything had been arranged carefully after i accepted their bid. I liaised messages between the driver (James) and the seller at the collection address only to find that James had confused my contact number with the job on his sheet and was at a different address. When i pointed this out I got a mouth full of "garb" from James about how non of this was worth his time and the bid price was too low to be bothered with and that i should find someone else. I complained through the AnyVan dashboard and was told it would be collected later that day and that they were sorry, James was just very stressed. I Would have loved to withdraw the job at that point but the person at the collection address had waited in all day so i told them to proceed with the collection - regardless of James having the address and contact number of the collection point he never arrived to collect. I've had no reply since. Whatever excuse/reply they make regarding what I've said here in this feedback these are the facts. Use them at your own risk. Fastdely (27) replied: James arrived to the collection address. unfortunately it was very late and he didn't knock the door because all lights were off. I informed you by email. |

An absolute disaster. From the beginning there was no communication from them and when I finally spoke to someone he was uncommunicative and rude. I needed to make arrangements for a friend to be at the collection point but fastdely were unwilling to confirm the date they would pick up. In the end when the delivery was supposed to happen he didn't show up and his phone was switched off so I couldn't find out what was happening. After they failed to do the job no attempt was made my them to communicate with me and when I phoned them myself they made an unapologetic excuse about their van braking down. I have nothing positive to say about this company. Avoid at all costs! Fastdely (27) replied: Sorry things happen on the road! If you would have some empathy you would have been able to understand! |

Incredible. This fool accepted a job, was unable to communicate clearly in English, didn't turn up and then turned off his phone after we repeatedly tried to find out where he was. Rang him today and he got abusive on the phone. Scumbag. Fastdely (27) replied: First we are not fool. I was next to him when he received you phone call. You didn't let him say a word and you were really arrogant . We always say that collection and delivery is with 14 days. So if we couldn't on the 3rd we could have done on the 10th Nov. And third thing I don't know how you can understand him maybe you should go to school! Sleep well! |
