The clearance side of our company specialises in house clearances,garden clearances,rubbish clearance and taming wild gardens.We re-cycle over 90% of rubbish,have a full waste license and public liability insurance.
To become an Accredited transport provider we ask our users to present one of the following pieces of documentation to further verify themselves.
- Copy of Goods in Transit Insurance certificate
- Company Registration certificate (if applicable)
- UK VAT registration certificate (if applicable)
- Photocopy of Passport
- Drivers licence details

We had arranged to meet at an adress 30 minutes from my home at 9 o'clock on sat morning to pick up large cupboard bought on ebay. I got phone call at 9.30 to say driver could be with me 11.30!! Not impressed. It messed up my whole morning and had to arrange a different driver. Do I get my deposit back? Dsterckx unfortunately we did fail on this occasion and we apologised.i would like to add that we offered to carry out this delivery but were sternly told you no longer wanted this item.It is customers like you who make it so difficult for drivers,you want,want,want but leave no space for error.If it was that important you wouldn't have gone for the cheapest price.We told you we could pick up at 11.30 and deliver same day.You were very rude and in hindsight,we are quite pleased not to have served you. |

The transporter told me that their van broke down late after noon at the time that it was suppose to be deliverd but they havn't even pick it up yet. I gave second chance rang tham and left messages to arrang different date for delivery but no one answered I suppose their Mobile broke down too!!! Dsterckx Our van did break down and we were stuck in south London until 9.30p.m.We spoke to you and texted you,as we do with all our customers and apologised but things were out of our control.We have no missed calls on the mobile phone,so can only assume you dialled the wrong number.All missed calls get responded to as soon as possible. |
