Avoid this individual, rude aggressive, left a message on my phone (picked up by an 11 year old) "you are a TWAT, stop conning people". He was given full description of job, weight etc. It was also clear before the collection date that he was not that bothered. Docare cont... Also, he stated that they were in a garage so they would be dry. This was not so they were outside in a rough back garden area and apart from the top layer the blocks were wet...therefore being considerably more heavy. Had the customer been honest as to what the blocks' outcomes would have been different as it was, he was happy to be deceitful and take me for a twat and load 4 tons (more like 6 being wet) of concrete blocks. (my heavy duty LWB weight limit is 1.25 tons likewise my LWB twin-wheeled LDV) |
