We are a man with a van company providing door-to-door courier services. We include small home removals, ebay pick-ups, same day deliveries and more. You will be provided with a van and 2 men to make the moving much more easier and convenient for you.

Two nicer, obliging lads you could not find. They were happy to do pretty much anything to help the move go smoothly which was doubly appreciated because of the stress involved with moving house. Thank you for a wonderful service. |

Nightmare from start to finish. They turned up almost 2 hours late, abanded the job halfway through, were rude and agressive from the minute I opened the door, argued with me the whole time, damaged the house I was moving out of, packed the van very badly which resulted in numerous items being damaged, and left halfway through the job, leaving me stranded as I don't have a car and had to hire a taxi which cost me a fortune. Would NEVER recommend, esp to any vulnerable person such as a woman on their own, single mother or disabled person as they will take advantage. They made an already stressful experience into a worst nightmare. They should not be in this business. Dmvnottm Where do I start 1. We apologised whole heartedly for being the 45 minutes we were actually late but did pre warn. 2.'argued' we asked why you had more than double what you said you had and that you really should have let us know beforehand. 3. The damage a tiny scrape on the wall on the stairs where your none exsistent large cabinet slipped a few centimetres. 4. We packed the van proffessionally and safely under your watchful eye, and how exactly do you damage bags of clothes and shoes as all furniture was wrapped up? 5. We gave you lifts in our van there and back before leaving you at your new place at around 6pm where you said ' no need to go back ill fetch the rest myself' ( with the guy in the house you moved into. 6.You chatted friendly to us throughout the 5 journeys we made for you not asking for any more money or anything. 7. YOU TIPPED US 8. This job was done on the 30th July 2011 no complaint has been made no attempt to claim from us has been made, 9. At no point did we try and take advantage and at no point at either addresses were you alone and ask for any help dealing with such 'rude and aggressive' helpers. 10. The rest of my feedback completely contradicts what you have put. |
