I thought my advert made it clear what I was looking for and deliberately chose a company from the county I was moving from assuming they would know or at least find out the protocols as professional removers . I needed a "sweep up" at the end of the flat clearance to take furniture to the local tip/recycling centre.Two days before the removal I received a call from the Remover resulting in me visiting the tip/rc to find out what they would take.They would not allow commercial vehicles above 3.5 tonnes to take domestic items into the tip. I therefore had to find an alternative with very little time. This was very very disappointing as I think the Company should have checked all this before accepting the job .We agreed the Company could not do the job. I therefore hope I will receive a refund of my payment to Anyvan.

Close to the facts but not correct. I gave the customer all the information required and was over helpful considering her unfortunate circumstances. We agreed she would look into alternative arrangements after I gave her some options. She left the conversation very happy and offered our help if she managed to work out what she wanted to do. Unfair and odd comments to leave following a very nice string of phone calls.
