Called to confirm they could do job was advised the job would be done between 4pm and 6pm the next say. Recieved a call at 5:30pm the next day advising his van was too full to complete my job but could do it in a weeks time. Advised I would be given a refund of my deposit which I have not recieved from the driver or Anyvan. DesPooni (60) replied: customer accepted my bid late on friday night for all her belongings to be moved from slough to birmingham on saturday.i said i would try to do her job but i had many other jobs already booked.called customer to tell her i would not be able to do her move and that she should have emailed me through the website before accepting bid. |

On time at both pick up and delivery, but you will need to help him load and unload as he is working solo. Slightly annoying that he quoted £48 but had no change for £50- had a feeling that he usually quotes just under a round figure to win the job, and depends on the customer not having the exact money to bank the extra couple of pounds. He was also reluctant to provide a receipt. DesPooni (60) replied: i sent receipt in post the next day.i took item up 2 flights of stairs and into bedroom of her choice.i could have left wardrobe on ground floor. |

Good service - picked up item on time and delivered within the hour slot he'd indicated. Kept us informed and replied promptly to instructions. Items arrived in perfect condition. |

Got the job done, but did not bother to inform me the day before that he would be late (he had said that he would call to confirm the night before). Ended up waiting for 3 hours after the agreed time. DesPooni (60) replied: kept customer informed that i was running late and arrived at the re arranged time.customer had double the number of items stated on the listing but i still did job for same price. |

Don't Use - Currently taking legal action against this person as he refuses to refund me after bringing me the wrong item. I ended up having to return the item and collect the correct one myself. He has ignored emails and texts and left me no choice other than to commence legal action. DesPooni (60) replied: customer gave me a pick up address in birmingham.i went to that address and collected a package and delivered to customer.i was given the wrong package by the seller.i offered to exchange the item free of charge the following week.could you tell me where i am wrong? |

My cream sofa was delivered very dirty when it was clean on collection so not happy it now has to be professionally cleaned at my expense. :( That aside, good communication and friendly helpful team. Use this company only if the item you are shipping does not need to be kept clean, because it wont be going from my experiance DesPooni (60) replied: lady purchased a cream white sofa that was 9 years old and expected it have no signs of wear and use in those 9 years.we blanket wrapped sofa on collection and it took us nearly one hour to get sofa into the room the lady wanted it.despite all our hard work we are this feedback.look at my other feedback as well and decide for yourself the type of company we are.you cant please all the people all the time. |
